A proud example of a full turnkey project. Although the walls and the roof is still the same as the 1970’s the rest of the house is brand new. This house got the full treatment, from the plumbing to the electrical and everything in between.

Sophisticated Farmhouse Randvaal

Built on a family farm on the outskirts of Alberton is this simplistic yet sophisticated farm house. The owners were looking to incorporate a rustic feel into their house and decided to make use of raw materials like bare concrete floors, beautiful exposed timber verandas and exposed raw brick work. The house was designed to capture the breath-taking views from each room in the house.

Nestled in the tranquil Farm House Village Estate is this magnificent house we built for one of our reacquiring clients. With previous knowledge of the building process they knew exactly what they were looking for. Focusing on each room they succeeded in creating focal points throughout the house, from the custom made front door to the beautiful Boma area.

This was our first BIG project that started on the 9th of February 2009. A partially build house with many challenges, none too big to accept. From the word go we were forced to think outside the box. A true testament to our company and the values we set out to achieve.
